After creating new folder (using Fedora 26 alpha), from menu toolbar -> New Folder -> new folder dialog appear
now we type _name_ using keyboard
press enter , to create folder
usually after this , we want to enter the folder using keyboard enter (or press up down arrow), but the focus is still on menu toolbar

Please move focus to new folder, after created
