Showing a new nautilus window with notification already popped up.

Originally mentioned in these places:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1633732

After performing a large file operation which triggers a progress notification, for example deleting a few hundred megabytes, the "X files deleted" notification stays put, popping up again for new windows, and the progress indicator in Unity stays at 100%.

This is extremely reproducible, tested on Ubuntu both 17.04 beta-2 and 16.10 with Nautilus versions .20.3 and .20.4

Also, an easy fix would be to simply make the finished checkmark icon clear the notification when clicked, instead of being un-clickable.
