Run gst-inspect-1.0 for gstreamer-vaapi plugins got a message "no such element or plugin 'vaapisink' ". Able to do gst-inspect-1.0 for others plugins such as filesrc, avdec_h264 ...etc. 

Able to run gst-inspect-1.0 for Gstreamer-vaapi plugin from the machine.

Environment: Fedora 25 64bit Gnome
Gstreamer framework: 1.10.4 version
Gstreamer vaapi: git checkout 1.10 (6e7b53762c75d4fc6827023fc96c258adbf2882c)

Not issue at all. I can run gst-inspect-1.0.

The issue start reproduce after this commit 6e7b53762c75d4fc6827023fc96c258adbf2882c code fixed checked in.

Sorry, I'm git clone new code base git checkout 1.10 and using back same commit id. I can't reproduce anymore. Maybe something in my system environment that not installed correctly.
I will close it.
