Description Piotr Drąg 2017-03-16 13:58:42 UTC
https://l10n.gnome.org/module/video-subtitles/ shows:

sub2po -P ../gnome322.srt -o gnome322.pot
/bin/sh: 1: sub2po: not found

And adding new files (gnome324) as no effect.
Comment 1 Claude Paroz 2017-03-16 14:16:05 UTC
sub2po is part of the translate-toolkit. It should by installed at system level on the server.
Comment 2 Andrea Veri 2017-03-16 14:23:58 UTC
That package is actually installed already. Was that binary removed from the translate-toolkit package at some point?
Comment 3 Claude Paroz 2017-03-16 19:20:04 UTC
Could you try installing the python3-aeidon package?
Comment 4 Andrea Veri 2017-03-16 19:39:38 UTC
Done.
Comment 5 Claude Paroz 2017-03-16 20:23:08 UTC
Thanks, it helps when running directly from the command line (which uses the translate-toolkit version installed in the virtualenv). I'm still debugging the issue remaining when run through procmail.
Comment 6 Claude Paroz 2017-03-17 08:20:16 UTC
Looks like this is fixed now.

Andrea, I added the line PATH=/usr/local/www/gnomeweb/virtualenv3/bin:$PATH in the .procmailrc file, so the sub2po from the translate-toolkit (2.0) inside the Python virtual environment is used. The python3-aeidon package is still needed as aeidon is not easily installable in a virtualenv.
