Example of the table not resizing with the window

When I want to inspect an expression, I right-click in the expression monitor and then on 'new'. A small window opens and I enter a variable name. My problem arises, when I try to look at the table of variables in the middle of the window, as this table does not resize itself when I resize the window (see the attached screenshot).
This makes the expression inspector basically unusable, especially if a scrollbar appears at the bottom of the table, blocking out what little of the table is visible.

My suggestion is to simply resize the table with the window, so long lists of variables can easily be looked through instead of only being able to look at one line at a time.

This seems a dupicate of bug 730160.

I attached a patch to that.
