Relax PTs

Some payloaders have strict dependencies on the pt type to link, while some hardware encoders do not use these. 

This fails to link the elements, when the encoding-name should be enough to link.

Not sure I understand. You remove this on the *src* pad of the payloaders, so how does this affect hardware encoders (which presumably interact with the sink pad?)?

Could you provide a specific example of the elements that fail to link and why?
