remove generic 'source' element name

This obfuscates real names of underlying source elements,
thereby making debugging more inconvenient since all
source elements would be dubbed 'source' instead of e.g.
'rtspsrc%d', 'udpsrc%d' etc.

People might actually be using this to configure source properties in gst-launch or with the childproxy interface though, so not sure if we should change that
