Nautilus windows with dialogs

Ubuntu Gnome 16.10
Nautilus 3.20.3

Using Gnome in 'classic' mode.

When I copy a file, say from a USB drive to the PC the file transfer dialog can't be removed completely or permanently.
All existing Nautilus windows will display the dialog.
All new windows will also display the dialog.

If I click on the 'button' on the header bar the dialog for that window disappears. The button remains.
All the other dialogs on the other windows remain.

The only way to fix this is to quite Nautilus. And then open a new window. Which is very inconvenient.

I can't find any obvious workaround in dconf Editor.

Great thanks. I didn't see that bug report.
Great to see its fixed in 3.24.

Is there any workaround that anyone knows of that I can use until Ubuntu gets 3.24? (Apart from quitting Nautilus that is)

Not that I know of. 3.20 will most likely not see the fix, as 3.22 didn’t.

Carlos, any input on that?
