Hi, 

I can't access the l10.gnome.org website from anyone of my devices (laptop using Wireless), smart-phone using (Wireless or data).
I also tried using my VPN which exists in Germany, I physically am located in France and use a French IP.


What I obtain from the host command :

host l10n.gnome.org
l10n.gnome.org is an alias for socket.gnome.org.
socket.gnome.org has address 91.189.93.3

And from wget : 
wget https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/fr/
--2017-02-23 10:02:56--  https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/fr/
Resolving l10n.gnome.org (l10n.gnome.org)... 91.189.93.3
Connecting to l10n.gnome.org (l10n.gnome.org)|91.189.93.3|:443... failed: Connection refused.

I use Fedora Workstation 25, fully up-to-date. I becomes a bit worrying as it's time for me to restart contributing.
