File that recreates crash.

I have a .xcf file that I have created from a company logo PNG. I have previously made edits and saved changes, however I had an issue that caused me to be unable to crop my selection. Normal troubleshooting failed to resolve, so I closed GIMP and relaunched.

The issue is that when I open the file, it has a previous selection. I highlight a selection using the Rectangle Selection Tool, and attempt to resize by inputting a custom area by pixel. Entering 1 of the boundary sizes results in an immediate freeze that makes GIMP completely unresponsive, forcing me to End the Process in order to proceed.

I have attempted to clear the selection, select other areas using other tools, and these work fine; no matter which of these I do first, when I do attempt to follow up by setting a rectangular selection by pixel count it results in this freeze.

I just installed GIMP on this machine using the "Optimal" install option, and have not installed any extensions.
