Description Jean-François Fortin Tam 2017-02-17 17:12:13 UTC
It seems like bug 318285 is still alive or has resurfaced...

I have an ultrawide LG 25UM58-P 25" 2560x1080 monitor, which is 112 DPI if Scribus is to be believed.

If I open a letter-sized document in LibreOffice Writer at 100% zoom, it shows up at exactly the right size, matching a US Letter piece of paper overlaid on the screen.

However, if I export that document to PDF and open it in Evince, it is displayed significantly smaller when set at 100%. To get the equivalent width, I need to set evince to 114% zoom.

I'm thinking if LibreOffice can figure out the "true" physical size, so can Evince ;)
