Printing a message no longer prints the headers after the the GTK/WK2 ports. These should be re-enabled.

A fix for this has just landed in master, so it will be in 0.13.

I'll look at backporting it to 0.12 as well, over in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/issues/114
