Description Robert Roth 2017-01-20 22:08:00 UTC
If creating multiple webapps with Epiphany, in the process list all epiphany processes (webapps, and standalone app also) will have the icon of one of the apps.

on IRC mcatanzaro (the reporter) suggested using longer prefix-based .desktop Exec to process command line mapping for finding the best icon to use.

quoting mclasen's idea:
at some point we talked about using extended attributes on cgroupfs to associated icons and whatnot to running flatpak apps
but really, you just need to find the cgroup, from that, everything else follows
it has the app id encoded in it

Adding the authors of both suggestions to CC for commenting and brainstorming.
