When "Confirm before writing tags" is NOT checked and "Confirm before renaming a file" IS checked and an attempt is made to change a tag, a "Confirm Tag Writing" dialog appears. This is a major nuisance.

Thanks for the bug report. I fixed this in master as commit 4c3ff46dbe87cce3ab34b1c7520fc97291c557bd, and the fix will be in the upcoming 2.4.4 release.
