Testing with simple pipe:

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=test.wav ! wavparse ! fakesink -t

And I do not see the TSSE encoder tag - I do see it with mediainfo tool.
After some discussion on IRC (Tim) I got info that id3 inside wav is not supported - however id3 inside RIFF is.

I think this is affecting all GStreamer version.

Later I may attach the wav file which I first have to ask if I can make it public..
