Sample GNUCash file with the issue described

See attached file for example. Salient facts on situation:
- Multiple commodities (stocks in this case)
- 2 accounts (CNR.TO - QT, RY.PRW.TO - QT) have 0 balance on TB report run date
- The other 2 accounts have current stock balances
- Report currency is CAD

Scenario 1
==========
> Run report with commodity price source = "average cost" or "weighted average"

Result: a total debit balance is shown. Amounts are not correct of course, since fx are based on historical rather than current.

Scenario 2 -- the bug
==========
> Run report with commodity price source = "nearest in time" or "most recent"

Result: a total debit balance is NOT shown. In a more simplified account structure with less commodities, the issue does not exist.

If the accounts with 0 unit balances are excluded from the TB report, a total debit balance is shown.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Once that release is available, you may want to check for a software upgrade provided by your Linux distribution.
