The cities of Astana, Qostanay, Shymkent display incorrect time.
They belong to the default timezone for Kazakhstan, but in Location.xml under these cities there's a <tzhint> section which sets the wrong timezone.

Please remove <tzhint> and let them have the default country timezone.

Thanks for the report, the db has been fixed and the fix will be
available in the next release.
