Description Eyal Rozenberg 2016-12-03 08:30:25 UTC
I'm using EasyTag 2.4.2 (on Kubuntu 16.04). EasyTag will not recognize AAC files I have with the .aac extension, but will recognize them with the.m4a extension.

.aac is in common use and users should not be required to rename their files in order to tag them.

Thanks for the bug report. I just pushed a fix for this as commit 466181aa708d9cfee3682ba2d5a35f455e32b0bb, which will be included in a future 2.4.3 release.

Oh, thank you. That was quick. Now on to the next bug about how M4A tagging is failing for me...
