Mockup showing the addition of server password entry

In Bug 709824 Florian implemented support for entering server passwords ad-hoc in Polari. Until now we did not expose this in the network settings because server passwords aren't very commong and the extra field could be subject to confusion.

Bug 761859 added a list of predefined networks which has now become the primary way to connect to IRC networks in Polari. For the remaining users who use bouncers and custom networks, exposing the password as part of setting up the custom network is useful.

The attached mockups concerns the "Add Network" dialog. To access it press the '+' button, press "Add Network" and click the "Custom Network" button at the bottom of the dialog. The mockup adds a "use password" checkbox underneath the "Use secure connection" checkbox. When the checkbox is checked, an entry field appears and receives focus in which the user can enter a server password.
