Description Jan Niklas Hasse (Account disabled) 2016-11-11 12:00:23 UTC
Not to be mistaken with pixel-perfect scrolling.

When scrolling large documents with page up/down in Gedit, scrolling is already smooth. It would be great if scrolling with a mousewheel was also.

Firefox (not enabled by default AFAIK) and Chrome (by default, not sure since which version) also do this.
