Description David Woodhouse 2016-11-10 00:03:51 UTC
My calendar-factory seems to be stuck in an endless loop...

It's doing this over and over again in quick succession; I think I'd better kill it. When I refresh the calendar through the UI, it shows nothing at all; just doesn't update. No hint of the error is shown. When I try to add or delete a calendar event, I get an 'Authentication required' error.

This is in Fedora 23. I tried in 3.20.x on Fedora 24, and it's worse there. When I try to add the Google calendar by enabling that slider in GOA, an error *flashes* up in Evolution but disappears instantly, and the Google calendars aren't in the list.

Please do not file bugs against such old versions. There is nobody having time to re-investigate the issue there. There are filled "many" bugs about this already. You might specifically look at bug #773248 and bug #771547 among others. The evolution-list thread [1] explains some details.
