Hi,

As we are also preparing GtkSourceview for 4.x, the Visual Studio project files and related items need to be updated as well.  In particular, this aims to enable the 4.x project files to be used in conjunction with the 3.x ones, meaning some renaming is involved.

This will update the autotools build files as a result, both to generate the project files with the new names, and to ensure that the related scripts, such as those for introspection, is properly generated.
