Ive reported the bug on the ubuntu bug tracker, but told to open a bug here.
Nautilus right click menu shows all the shortcut keys now, and there is no way to disable them.

The shortcut keys are always showing in the right click menu. This is ugly and un-needed as there is a list of shortcut keys already available from the menu bar.

I kinda agree. Let's see what designers think, in any case I think this is something for gtk+.
