This is a gtk+4 bug.

GtkTextAttributes was made private by commit
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/commit/?id=745c348ff8f07815abaf8b437fb5c914f5c60c85
Therefore gtktextattributes.h is not installed. But it's included by gtk.h and
gtktextiter.h. That's probably not a problem when gtk+ is built, but it is a
problem when e.g. gtkmm is built, because only installed gtk+ files are
accessed.
