Description Marinus Schraal 2016-10-26 10:12:32 UTC
As discussed on irc, bad info in cue files was overriding correct info
from the tags. So, only use CUE info when tags are not available.
Tested & working for me.

tracker-extract: Only use CUE info as last resort in gstreamer

CUE data was overriding file tags in the gstreamer extractor, however
CUE data is notoriously unreliable. Instead, only use the CUE data if we
have nothing else.
