* launch gnome-tweak-tool => Starup Applications

Click the '+' to add a new entry.

The dialog that appears has a black border around the listed applications; this looks out of place

This seems to be a GTK+ issue, see bug 773459 for details. Simply put, adding a margin to a listbox results in the black area, which is the exact same use-case we have in tweak tool.
