There is a missing test command preventing from displaying error in case of missing flatpak devel, small patch attached.

we can also use exp -a exp format too
I also see more errors like this one in the source code

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
