Totem fullscreen bug (video)

I was able to reproduce this issue on Debian testing and Fedora 25[0]. So reporting here too.

How to reproduce:

1. Open some video in Totem
2. Maximize the Totem window
3. Try toggling fullscreen (F)

Result:
The top and bottom of the window is just greyed out, and the controls (and title bar buttons) are gone. The controls can't be clicked anymore.

Please see the attached screencast. (The screencast is a totem instance playing another screencast. Sorry, I don't have any other videos to test). Look at the top and bottom of the window)

That's a clutter-gtk wayland bug, worked around in GTK+.

Actually, this isn't buggy always. If totem is made fullscreen in unmaximized state, it works with no issues. This happens only when totem is switched to fullscreen when totem window is maximized.
