GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 773006
totem: window size issues when toggling fullscreen on wayland
Last modified: 2016-10-16 00:44:53 UTC
Created attachment 337774 [details] Totem fullscreen bug (video) I was able to reproduce this issue on Debian testing and Fedora 25[0]. So reporting here too. How to reproduce: 1. Open some video in Totem 2. Maximize the Totem window 3. Try toggling fullscreen (F) Result: The top and bottom of the window is just greyed out, and the controls (and title bar buttons) are gone. The controls can't be clicked anymore. Please see the attached screencast. (The screencast is a totem instance playing another screencast. Sorry, I don't have any other videos to test). Look at the top and bottom of the window) [0] https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1385231
That's a clutter-gtk wayland bug, worked around in GTK+. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 767713 ***
Actually, this isn't buggy always. If totem is made fullscreen in unmaximized state, it works with no issues. This happens only when totem is switched to fullscreen when totem window is maximized.
