Currently the tooltips of window buttons looks ugly: black text over grey background (see the screenshot). I guess the GTK+ 3.20 update broke it.

I think it should look like as other tooltips with the Adwaita theme: white text over a bit transparent dark gray rounded background.

Package versions:
- metacity 3.22.0 and 3.20.3
- gtk3 3.22.1 and 3.20.9
