Description Yan Pashkovsky 2016-10-12 20:53:38 UTC
I have the saved connection alpha, which has hidden SSID. Sometimes it doesn't appear in the list on the applet. So I seelct "Connect to hidden wifi network", the scroll the list till I meet "alpha". Earlier Connect button was availible, but now it is grey.

what does the tooltip of the "Connect" button say? Hover with the mouse over it.
Comment 2 Yan Pashkovsky 2016-10-15 14:43:02 UTC
It says "no password or invalid connection". I store password for this connection as "store for all users". If I change storage to "store only for this user" then the button becomes availible

bugzilla.gnome.org is being shut down in favor of a GitLab instance.
We are closing all old bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen updates for a long time.

If you still use NetworkManager and if you still see this bug / want this feature in a recent and supported version of NetworkManager, then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/

Thank you for creating this report and we are sorry it could not be implemented (workforce and time is unfortunately limited).
