Description Yosef Or Boczko 2016-10-12 18:17:03 UTC
The size-font in the preferences (Preferences -> Appearance -> Font) is untranslatable.
I see „11pt” and I wants to be able to translate it to Hebrew.
For the Hebrew's users „pt” say nothing (and for me too, I don't remeber what is the meaning of this two character).

Looking at the docs for GtkFontButton, it doesn't even show the scale (points). Should we maybe consider just dropping that to and showing "Monospace 10" instead of "Monospace 10pt"?
Comment 3 Yosef Or Boczko 2016-10-12 19:59:29 UTC
This is really the only place in GNOME thas I see the „pt” string.
I even don't know how to translate it to Hebrew (i looked at the CLDR but didn't see any match string in Hebrew).

font-button: drop "pt" suffix from font display

This isn't really necessary, pt is the default and does not really help
the user out much to specify. GtkFontButton doesn't show this either, so
I think we can just drop it.

Thanks!
