In the center of the headerarbar there is a name of the project beside the name of the current branch.
Something like [gnome-music / master      Target: Default].
In Hebrew the order got wrong. I see master / gnome-music.
I wants to see even in RTL gnome-music / master.

omni-bar: use LTR for project/branch labels

This fixes RTL languages where the values would be opposite
due to inheriting the parent LTR setting.
