Document where the highlighting function fails.

For some documents if I try to highlight the text, the annotation won't show over the text, but in another place. There is also another related issue, If I try to click on the annotation, I won't be able to view the annotation's menu. I tried with Evince 3.21 and 3.22.
I attached an example of document where the highlighting function fails.

The version of my evince is 3.2 and I do not find any problem in what you indicate
