Consider adding a filter or search box at the top of the "All" tab in the bookmarks popover.
This helps if someone has many bookmarks.

I think this is a great idea; we need some way to be able to search for bookmarks now that the bookmarks dialog doesn't exist anymore, and this popover is the natural place. We're also getting complaints that this new menu doesn't support typeahead find (bug #339304); a search box would remove the need for that.
