Proposed patch

Currently "uninstall" button is displayed for every installed extension regardless of it type - per-user or system.

This change removes "uninstall" button for system extensions and adds a note to every system extension to explicitly indicate it's type.

An alternative would be to display a disabled remove button which shows a tooltip when hovered, explaining and suggesting to look for the "gnome-shell-extensions" package.

I added "help" cursor and title to "System extension" text.
I also added new section to "About" page
