GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 771663
month view: no way to drag an event to a date beneath the event list
Last modified: 2017-04-17 18:20:40 UTC
Created attachment 335865 [details] Large event list (image) In month view, When the 'other events' list is tall enough, there is no way to drag an event from the list to a date beneath. Please see the attached example of 'other events' list. One way to deal with this: As soon as the drag is begun, hide the event list popover so that the event can be dropped to those dates too, which otherwise shall be unavailable.
Created attachment 336398 [details] [review] month-view: hide overflow popover on drag and drop When the user starts a drag operation from the overflow popover, it should hide itself, otherwise it can block dropping the event below it. Currently, this is not what happens. Fix that by making the overflow popover a drag and drop target, and hide it when it detects drag movement.
Thanks for the report. Attachment 336398 [details] pushed as 97f8979 - month-view: hide overflow popover on drag and drop
