Description Thomas Moschny 2016-09-15 05:29:53 UTC
We got this bug report for Fedora:

"When I import video/photo to shotwell and select Copy Photos, if file name be in Persian instead of English (i.e IMG_۲۰۱۵۱۲۱۳_۰۱۵۴۴۴.jpg instead of IMG_20151213_015444.jpg) shotwell doesn't copy files and doesn't create related folders in shotwell folder for this file.

I lost a lot of my photo, because delete original after import to shotwell.

I found this bug in version 0.22.0, but I'm not sure that when this bug happened."

Works with 0.23.7 - maybe the original file was broken?
Comment 2 Thomas Moschny 2016-09-21 05:07:49 UTC
The reporter confirmed it works for him with 0.23.7. Thanks!
