According to http://gstreamer-devel.966125.n4.nabble.com/Error-in-bayer2rgb-pipeline-td4678094.html, there's currently no way to reinterpret a buffer as bayer data.

Adding Bayer support to rawvideoparse turned out to be painful, so that's a separate element.
