Small screencast

Description:

Looks like bug 762756 is back, somehow.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run gtk3-demo --run=assistant
2. Right click in the text field to open the contextual menu
3. Dismiss the menu

Expected result:

The focus is restored in the text field

Actual result:

The text field is shown without focus, clicking inside won't restore it

Can't reproduce it here.

I'm at gtk+ a43a6d7fffd774afe201dd7c2b8bd5d35ca250b8 and mutter f36fa53b0e8b7e2389ea2b63516a2eb00fcc7aa5.
Comment 2 Matthias Clasen 2016-09-06 08:31:35 UTC
Can't reproduce here either
Comment 3 Olivier Fourdan 2016-09-06 08:37:20 UTC
Weird, cannot reproduce on a VT, was in a nested window - so, not critical imho.
Comment 4 Jonas Ådahl 2016-09-06 08:40:27 UTC
(For the record, even though we already talked about this on IRC) I couldn't reproduce in nested mutter either. That was a mutter nested under gnome-shell running on Wayland, would that make any difference.
Comment 5 Matthias Clasen 2016-09-09 20:01:14 UTC
nobody can reproduce, so I guess we close this ?
Comment 6 Olivier Fourdan 2016-09-10 05:41:57 UTC
yeah, not even I can reproduce, sorry...
