In my case, the window to edit a imap account is not usable, I don not see the bottom options and the 'ok' or 'cancel' buttons!
I use a ThinkPad X-Series with a 1280x800px screen and my vertical viewable range is 775px.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system as Bug 714104, and there are some workarounds listed there. We are looking to have this fixed in either 0.12 or 0.13. Please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
