Gepub keeps on changing the API version in the file name - probably something
to discuss with the Gepub maintainer - it should be an API version, not following
the library version per se... this only makes it painful for all future updates

a side effect of libgepub 0.4 was that gnome-books started to work and I can actually ready ebooks with it now - so requiring 0.4 over 0.3 sounds reasonable

Done since I had to bump it to 0.5 now: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/786222
