whenever end of stream is reached and i try to replay it. I do not see video playing. However, audio and other playback operations(play, pause and seek) are working fine. 

We are changing the pipeline state to GST_STATE_READY after EOS message. 
If I change it to GST_STATE_NULL, everything is reset and video/audio works fine.

My question is whether audio/video should play after setting the pipeline to READY state??

What pipeline are you using? Does it happen on all files?

Can you provide a small testcase application that reproduces this behaviour?
