To reproduce:
1. Log in at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/
2. Log out
3. Repeat 1.

Expected: Username and Password fields are filled so I can click login.
Actual: Fields are empty so I need to enter username and password.

Unfortunately this is still broken despite our recent form detection improvements.
