How to reproduce:
1. File a bug for epiphany on https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=epiphany
2. Enter text in Description field
3. Press Ins key on keyboard
4. Enter text

Expected: Previously entered text is overwritten 
Actual: Text is added, not overwritten

OS: 
- Ubuntu Gnome 16.10 daily (3.20.3)
- Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 LTS (with 3.18)

Hm, good idea. Even if Firefox doesn't do this, it seems nice to have. Why not?

But this should be changed in WebKit, not Epiphany. You're welcome to file an enhancement request on bugzilla.webkit.org. If you do so, be sure to select the WebKitGTK+ component, prefix the bug title with [GTK], and include a link back to this report.
