Nautilus icon in gnome shell applications menu looks very low resolution since icons were added in-tree.
I already regenerated icons cache, and restarted gnome-shell.

data/icons/Makefile.am: include 256x256 icon

The Automake file for icons was missing the 256x256 icon. This commit
includes it in the data file list.
