When re-importing transactions using the CSV transaction import, notes are not updated when using the U+R option.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a new gnucash file or account
2. Import attached file1.csv that contains 2 transactions with Date, Description, Notes, Deposit, Withdrawal -- Date is in m/d/y format
3. Rerun the import but this time use file2.csv that contains the same transactions with different descriptions and notes. The importer will correctly match the transactions. Select the U+R option for each transaction.

The descriptions are correctly updated but the notes are not.
