It would be great if there was a nuget package for gstreamer-sharp. We can probably base the packaging on the gtk3 one: https://github.com/cra0zy/gtk-sharp3-nuget

We do provide nuggets now, https://www.nuget.org/packages/GstSharp/ will update with 1.13.1 when it is out.
