The "omnibar" is currently use the system-run icon for the build button. This make lead to confusion if anyone is familiar with system-run from other contexts. Also, we use an unrelated icon for build preferences. The icons for "build" and "build preferences" should have an obvious connection.

This patch adds an additional icon to the svg template for "build". It hasn't been reviewed by a real life icon designer, and it might have errors.
