I get this sort of message rather frequently, and I have no idea why it would happen or why I should care about it. If a cache file for a particular email is missing, Evolution should try harder and just generate it instead of having the user dismiss yet another infobar... I spend my days dismissing dozens of error infobars because Evolution reports every transient problem as important!

Also somewhat related: bug #768672

Thanks for a bug report. This particular error is important, and shows a bug in the code. The bug #767564 is close to your issue, thus I mark this as a duplicate of it (the right fix will be to not have the "Empty Cache File" error happening at all).
