GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 768472
Install gnome extensions for all users
Last modified: 2016-11-06 06:36:30 UTC
We have at home computer with four users, debian+gnome. I wonder if there is a way how to install some crutial extensions from https://extensions.gnome.org/ like Application menu, TopIcons, Alternate Tab, etc. for all users at ones, so I dont have login as specific user and do this settings individually. Thank you.
Just drop them to /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions
I marking this as duplicate since you need to download extensions and manually unpack it to /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions. Since you now know where to unpack extensions therefore you just need ability to easy download extensions. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 666632 ***
